Jo's Challenge John O'Groats to Lands End

So we have chosen the Wave Project as our new Charity of choice this year. Simply put its so important, now more than ever before to raise awareness about mental health and to all we can to those whose lives it impacts on a daily basis.

The Wave Project supports young people with a range of mental health issues via their "Wave Therapy". There are so many initiatives they run and so many benefits to those who attend the programme.

As a family we visit Cornwall and Devon every summer and so came across the project on one of our many visits. We were blown away by the work they do and so have set out to support this amazing charity and the work they do.

I had lost my fitness mojo a few months ago and have been suffering with a few injury niggles so i thought it would be win-win to have a challenge set for me to up my daily steps (not easy when there already is not enough hours in the day) and do something good for charity.
