TRCC 25
Head westbound on the A40 in the general direction of Carmarthen, passing through Broad Oak, Dryslwyn, Llanegwad, Pontargothi, Nantgaredig (care at Crossroads) and Whitemill.
At Abergwili roundabout continue straight and remain on the A40 towards Glangwili roundabout; first left and remain on the A40 towards the further main roundabout (Hobbs) where you take first exit (with care) onto B4300 towards Llangunnor.
Follow course of road towards first left hand road junction (B4300 - Llandeilo - National Cycle Route).
Remain on B4300 passing through Capel Dewi and Llanarthney until you come to the crossroads for Golden Grove.
At this crossroads turn left in the direction of Llangathen / Aberglasney to finish at point 100yds on left hand side.
