    10km run relatively flat, hills make you stronger...!
    Dont forget your high vis and lights if you have them.
    New route tonight, all on main roads, hopefully the over spill from the gritters will keep the paths clear of ice if it's cold.
    If you all bring a cup, I will bring a large flask of coffee for you all, and bottled water.
