Our Calorie Calculator estimates how many Calories you will burn using Metabolic Equivalent (MET) values from Compendium of Physical Activities. The Compendium idenitifes the relative energy cost of undertaking various activities compared with doing nothing. We then combine this with your weight and the estimated duration of the activity, taking into account the length of the route and the hills involved, to estimate the total Calories burned.
When selecting an Activity setting, select the speed you would normally travel at on flat ground.
Please remember, the estimated number of Calories is just a guide and the actual number of Calories burned may vary depending on other factors such as weather and terrain.

Our third annual #RunForGrenada2016 challenge is on Sun, 20 November 2016. Designed for runners of all abilities there is a choice of three distances. The Big Run (over twenty miles) the 10k Run and the Last Mile Fun Run.
Funds raised will help reachwithin.org to continue to provide multi-dimentional programs, designed to improve the health and well-being of vulnerable children in Grenada, through wellness programs for both the child and the caregiver.
It will also help support our Transitional Living Program - developed in collaboration with the Grenadian youth it serves - which aims to provide a safety net and strong emotional support system for former residents of Grenada’s care homes, equipping them with valuable life skills so that they can live healthy, productive, violence-free lives as adults.
