    Monday new route - From Arcades run along Great East Rd towards the Manda Hill traffic lights, turn right onto Kwacha Rd then left onto Manda Hill Rd. Cross Manchinchi Rd and take the first left then right and left again until you get back to Great East. Cross over onto Katopola Rd. This road takes you to Addis. Run to the round about and then back the same route until Manchinchi. Cross Manchinchi till Parliament road. Turn right on Parliament back to Arcades. 8.215km
