    Eine kleine Runde zum Feierabend: Von Heenes über den kleinen Ziegenrück-Pass und den Stötzelsteich zum Wehneberg entlang des Waldrands. Von dort durch den Wald an den Windrädern und der Haukuppe (ehemaliger Vulkan; Krater noch erkennbar) zurück nach Heenes.
    Die runde ist kurz aber abwechslungsreich durch schöne Ausblicke über Wiesen und Felder. Außerdem ist am Waldrand immer wider auch ein wildes Tier zu sehen. Am Wehneberg kommt man am Reiterhof vorbei. Anschließend überwiegt der Laubwald.
    Am Brunnplatz kurz hinter dem letzten Windrad hat man den letzten Anstieg vor sich - danach geht es noch ein Stück auf dem Höhenwanderweg Hersfeld-Homberg weiter und dann noch über 2km nur bergab nach Heenes zurück.
