    Let's start with an admission. This walk was devised by my very dear friend Emma. Not only have I stolen her route I've asked her to take a days holiday to walk with us. Many of the following words are her's.

    This is a charity 5 mile walk to raise money for Bowel Cancer UK.

    Because of the rule of 6 we invite you to take part by walking it in your own time or walk it around a similar time as us while observing all social distancing rules. Just keep in little groups (if I'm in any doubt we'll claim we have no idea who you are). Should you be at all interested, are starting the walk at 10am on the 15th October 2020

    About the Calorie Calculator
