    Also a nice route to do in reverse. *Please note: Route is safe to do as a group but wouldn't recommend as a solo (especially solo female) run as there can be vagrants on the route and you pass through tight, closed areas like the railway tunnel. * Meet at Vida Palmyra Junction. Run along Palmyra Road until you get to Mariendahl Road (3rd Left turn from Palmyra) which will connect you to Campground Road with the cricket stadium. Run all the way down, past Kelvin Grove and take your first left towards the Rugby Stadium. Go over the large concrete steps over the railway line (vagrants often sleep on top of these steps so be weary running alone) and continue down the fanwalk. There is a sharp right turn over the fanwalk bridge to connect you onto the Liesbek trail next to the river. Keep following this all the way down until you are nearly at Varsity College - very pretty route but don't run this alone as vagrants are often around here as well. Make your way to the Rondebosch Train station and go under the railway through the tunnel. Run up Duke Road (next to Bishops Prep School) until you get to the large grass area at the top. Turn right here and you are on Campground Road. Keep going straight - this is a long straight road back to Palymra Junction.
