Hi Mal - If you select "Walking" and use the default settings in the Route Timer, this will use the equivalent of Naissmith's rule.

I wasnt to set the speed calculator to be the equivalent of Naismiths Rule - 5km/h plus 1 minute per every 10 metres climbed. I have set the flat speed but cannot figure out the equivalent of the vertical. Any ideas?
