Save Timer info in Settings and always apply it to the routes

Hi Fedor - the timer settings should be saved in your browser, so as long as you are using the same browser they should stay the same. Is this not happening?

I know it's just 2 extra clicks, but it's easy to forget to apply the altitude gain/loss data and end up with default 5 km/h.
