  Hi John,

   

  Thanks for this, I have closed the browser without using a "cleaner" and the default speed is now as I want, so problem appears resolved.

  Hi Colin - the Timer should save your settings in your browser's local storage, so that they are reloaded next time, as long as you are using the same computer/device. Are you finding that this isn't happening?

  Hi,

   

  Is there some way to change the default speed for walking, I know my default walking speed from long term use, accounting for breaks etc, but have to change to speed on the settings each time I use the timer. Can I change the default speed, or request this as an option please,
