Thanks for the additional information Lawrence. I've had a look at it but haven't been able to reproduce the problem - it correctly plots between these points for me and also when I use the Replot Section tool. I think unless you can detail the steps needed to consistently reproduce the problem we're going to stuggle to know what's causing it. For now, I suggest using the Reshape Route tool to correct the route.

    Sorry for the delay.

I have By Road selected in Open Street Map.

It's when I create a route and then Replot a section. You can see near Middleborough how the line gets plotted on a route where there are no roads. It's just connecting one point to the next.

Let me know if you need more info.

    Thanks.

Hi Lawrence - thanks for flagging this up. Can you share the map coordinates of the point you're plotting from and the point you're trying to plot to. Also, can you confirm what Map Type you have selected and whether you have either of the "Road Bike" or Off-Road Bike" options selected.

This happens to me all the time. Autopilot by Bike IS selected but it will still connect a route with a straight line even there aren't any actual roads there. I have screenshots but don't know how to upload a photo here. Thanks.
