I just got the mobile app and am trying to login on my phone but it keeps saying "Incorrect Login - Please Check". I can login fine on desktop with both saved and manual-entry passwords so I know I have the right email-password combo. What could be wrong?
There must be a typo or perhaps a password character in a different case (lower instead of upper or vice versa). Try deleting all the text from the login fields and reentering them, making sure to avoid any spaces.
