    Hi Ian - if it can't detect your location it is likely to be a permission issue of some sort. Have a look at the advice here to see if this helps: Why can't the mobile app detect my location?

    Did this get fixed? I just got the app and it looks good except that it can't find me. I was going to upgrade but don't want to pay if location isn't going to work, as it won't be able to track me en route.

    Hi everyone,

    I have a problem with the mobile app about location, and they send me a message saying  

     "Sorry, a problem occurred trying to locate you. Please try searching for the name of place you want to find".

    Is this possible to fix?.

    Neither a bookmarked nor another location is possible before plotting a route. I have to use world map and home in. Please why can't I use a bookmarked location. I have checked plotaroute and my iPad settings but to no avail.
