Thanks for flagging this up Mark. We're currenlty experiencing some technical issues that have affeted the Garmin Sync feature. We're looking into it as a priority and will report back once we know more.

Hello,
My sync with Garmin Connect has stopped working - never had any problems before. I have removed and reset the connection as Winfried did, but still no luck. Plotaroute says that my routes are queued for connection.

Thanks! The synchronisation is working again.
I'm not sure what caused the deactivation but if it happens again I know what to do now.

Happy New Year to you too!
It looks like your Garmin link was deactivated on Plotaroute on 30 December. You'll need to set it up again from your My Settings page, however before doing this you should remove the old link on Garmin Connect as well to avoid any problems with multiple links – select Account Settings, Account Information, Connected Apps, then click Disconnect for Plotaroute if it is is listed as a connected app.

Happy new year to the plotaroute.com staff.
Routes that I created yesterday and today (see links below) are not syncing to Garmin Connect. The start icon in 'My Routes' stays black and the routes don't appear in Garmin Connect.
