Finetuning the slider when adding/moving directions on mobile

  Yes, perfect. I've never used playback while editing a route.

  rotating your device into landscape mode help

  I've used in the past, but it only give me some help. I still remembered it was tricky to handle a 10k route.

  For quite some time I can't put the Plotaroute app into landscape mode on my Samsung mobile.

  Thanks for that feedback Peter. I'm wondering if we could remove the Playback Speed adjustment option (displayed when you tap the gear icon next to the position slider) and replace it with some fine tune buttons. We could probably put the plackback speed slider with the other settings. 

  In the meantime, does rotating your device into landscape mode help, as this make the slider wider?

  I usually create my routes on the mobile when using the auto-plot feature. I then use them on my Garmin watch when trail running or hiking.

  When the route is created, I go through the directions and correct the ones that didn't end up how I think I would like them appear when out on the trail.

  Usually I also need to add or move some directions or waypoints/up-aheads (directions with symbol instead of arrow).

  Its really tricky to drag the slider to the correct spot where I would like  the direction to be. The longer the route is, the harder it is.

  Could it be possible to have some kind of fine tuning? Maybe separate step arrow buttons or maybe a 'zoom level' for the slider? When tapping the slider zoom it only operates within a km from where you are on the route?

  Another way of work flow would be to do the direction review from map view, instead of from direction list. In map view, I can zoom in to a spot precisely and tap on the route.

  Then two things need to be changed I think. First I would like to be able to add a direction where I tap with my finger on the route and I also need to be able to tap en existing dir and edit it. It only works dir w symbols now. Maybe a ahort tap for seeing the label and a long press for editing it.

  Oneone else have some smart sugestions for this?
