Quick-editing a note adds undefined or null to description

  Steps to Reproduce

  1. Add a new note to a route, leave the description blank but fill in the label.
  2. Open the directions/notes panel and right-click the previously added note.

  Expected

  Empty description.

  Actual

  Description is set to the text "null".

  Notes

  After loading a route into the editor, quick-editing a blank description note will instead set the description to "undefined".
