Files sync to a Garmin device will normally end up the Courses folder, automatically, and Garmin will convert it to a .fit format.
I have never seen such a file created as a Route. It is always a Track with hundreds or thousand of points. -

Is this possible? I have the auto-sync with Garmin feature turned on which I assume is syncing the FIT file (is this true) which I think is behaving like a Route rather than a Track.
Is there a way to auto-sync the Track instead?
