Hi. My annual subscription is expiring and I am wondering if I should switch to Viserando. Does anyone know if the functionality at V. is mostly identical to Plotaroute by now? Or when that will be the case?

    Hi Fred!

Right now, Plotaroute and Visorando are still quite different.
Depending on which Plotaroute features you use, using only Visorando might not fit you.

Have you tried using the "Link to Visorando" to check Visorando out?

I've updated the "Link your Plotaroute account to Visorando" topic recently.
You can learn more about how the link works, and also, for now, I recommend that you renew your Plotaroute subscription, because it gives you access to Visorando Premium.
This does not work the other way round.

I'm unable to give you an ETA on the Plotaroute integration, but any news on this will be announced by Arnaud and Fabien.

    Kind regards,
    Julien

Thanks for the information. I'll renew my subscription instead.

Fred - my advise: renew and just keep using Plot a route desktop!

I have been a premium PR user for some years and it suits my needs perfectly both in creating routes and transferring them to Garmin Fenix and Gpsmap64. I have looked at but don't use Visorando.

I understood that premium PR users become premium Vis users automatically and at no extra cost.

But I now notice that I am being charged £5 per month for Vis premium via Google Playstore in addition to my annual £20 for PR. I haven't accessed Vis in months and am puzzled and disappointed to see this charge. I have cancelled that subscription and would like to know how it came to be set up. I am also puzzled at the lack of a comms channel other than these forums when seeking to pursue matters like this.

    Hi Jim,

I'm sorry to hear that there seems to be an issue with your link from Plotaroute to Visorando.
So far, such a situation has never occurred, so I'm also very interested in how it came to be.

I'm not sure what you mean by "the lack of comms channel other than these forums when seeking to pursue matters like this".
In the help section of Plotaroute, you'll find the Contact us page, which allows Plotaroute users to get in touch with us.

Please use this form to send us an email. This way, we'll investigate this further together and sort this out as soon as possible.

    Kind regards,
    Julien

Thanks Julien - I didn't see the link in small font on the phone. Done that now. Sorted. Thank you again.
