I just updated this topic.
The image download issue is not yet fixed, but the devs think it's connected to the security measures added after the recent bot crawling attacks.

Hi admins - any updates on this issue? I have emailed the help desk but heard nothing back? It is becommming a bit of an issue for me as the ability to download map images is vital to me. The downlaod appears to work, but all I get is a white/blank image. Thanks!

To get around the problem, I am capturing a screenshot.
To do this I select the Plotaroute 'Fullscreen view', then hold down the Windows key, Shift key and S key.
Open File Explorer and select 'Picture', the screenshot image should be there.
But please sort the problem out so I can go back to the normal Download option.

My problem also. All I get is a blank screen, but it is showing the file size of the download as though the image is there. I am using Custom and JPG.

For some reason I can't download a route as an image anymore. I choose jpeg and the width/height, then choose download. It has worked for the past year or so, but now just gives me a blank screen.
I can download the elevation as a jpeg but not the route.
I use an Apple MacBook Pro.
Please could anyone help me. Thanks, Peter
