Nicknamed "Mac" I am the Franchise Owner / Manager of newly established Run/Walk for Life Branch operating from St. Benedict,s, Bedfordview.
RWFL is a health and athletics organisation, partner of Vitality and a registered member of Athletics South Africa. RWFL is dedicated to assist in Weight Loss, Improved Fitness and Health.
I am a runner at Grand Master level, enjoy running and walking - mostly 21.1. Previously a member of the S.A. Team that took pat in the Swiss Two Day March, a timed walk of 80 Km done in two 40 Km Stages over two day. More recently, participated in one of the Swiss Alpine races.
Dedicated to helping members with weight loss and fitness, both for improving Health; and for training walking and running athletes to take part in ASA Registered Races.
