Trysegway Kouklia Village Adventure
The village of Kouklia was once an ancient capital of Cyprus, and in Roman times a place of rural residence for wealthy citizens. The village is home to the Sanctuary of Aphrodite, the church of Panagia Odigitria and the Palaepaphos museum which houses valuable artefacts discovered in the area. In the surrounding countryside, remnants of a siege wall and ancient burial grounds can be seen, along with beautiful views of the Paphos coastline and the Troodos mountains
Our route is suitable for all levels of gliding ability and appeals to those with an adventurous spirit who would like to escape from the "tourist areas" of Paphos to get a glimpse of the real Cyprus and it's history. You will experience Segway gliding over different road surfaces including tarmac, cement, gravel and dusty tracks - a really varied gliding experience.
