Registration is from 6.30-6.45pm on the Friday evening. Ample car parking in the windmill carpark or Brandon carpark in Tralee depending what way you choose to do your warm up and cool down.
Starting across from the windmill carpark and finish just before the turn into George Poffs motors where the runners can spill in and gather themselves.
Plenty room for social distancing both at the start and finish lines.
I will start 3 runners at a time every 30 seconds so I need your predicted finish times sent in.
It is a no frills event, no bling!!!
This is all about blowing out for 1 mile.
There will be guys at the finish area taking times
You will record it on your own watch!!
This event and the following weeks event will be a great way to base some of your training off of the results.
Looking forward to seeing everyone next week, there is great interest in it so far😀
