7 Mile Loop From Henllys
Straight over (2nd exit), take left onto Fairhill. At the end turn right and then left at the end. At roundabout take a right down Greenforge Way. Head over towards Petersons, down Maendy Way. Straight over at roundabout, follow road around towards Avondale Road Straight over (2nd exit) then left down Somerset Road.
Take left at the end to traffic lights. Right onto Avondale Road, left up Caldicot Way, follow through Ind Est and take left at the end to roundabout onto Cwmbran Drive, next left, at Sainsbury's roundabout cross over to get on right hand side of roundabout and go up cycle track/canal, keep left, head towards Henllys way, turn right, up through traffic lights, right up Fairwater Way to roundabout. May need to run round a little to make it to 7 miles so that you don't have to run part of the hill.
