Trail round to red bridge and cross into hackney Marshes. Left and follow river Lea to Homerton Road. Right onto canal Path to the ‘Princess of Wales Pub on Lea Bridge road. Continue on canal path under road and follow Lea Navigation. Cross river @ 1st footbridge into Walthamstow Marshes, and continue with river now on your left. Af Next footbridge at Springfield marina, cross river Lea again, Left and then right into Springfield park. Up Hill, Clockwise. Round top pond. Down Hill. Exit park and left to Springfield Rowing Club. Cross bridge and follow path to coppermill lane. Under the very low bridge, right @ car park. Follow path all way to Lea Bridge Road. Under road, then exit path onto Lea Bridge road itself. Turn right and run up to Lammas Road. Right into Lammas road and finish at the waterworks centre.
