2 x 3 mile at 10 secs faster than marathon pace with 0.5 mile jog recovery. Meet at Amersham Car Park (Rickmansworth Rd formally known as IceLand car park) - warm up jog to Shortway (by Shell petrol station) down Shortway then right into Grimsdell's Lane (becomes Plantation Rd) then right along Woodside Rd right at junction with Sycamore Rd to the junction of Grimsdell's Ln and Sycamore Rd. Drills and strides in Tudor Park. 3 mile circuit, along Sycamore Rd then right into Chestnut Ln (becomes Quill Hall Ln) then right into Raans Rd then right into Woodside Rd then right into Shortway then right into Grimsdell Ln (becomes Plantation Rd) then right into Woodside Rd to 3 mile point (just past Hyrons Close) - then jog recovery along Woodside Rd, right at junction with Sycamore Rd to Grimsdell's Lane junction start point. Repeat for second 3 mile effort. Jog recovery back to car park. Please wear reflective clothing, it would also be advisable to wear a head and or body torch.
