Tree #31 is located at City of Courtenay's Cousins Park: just beside the Courtenay Greenway trail - SW of the trail entrance at Tater Place just across the bridge that crosses Piercy Creek and to the left of the path. It is approximately behind the Progressive Growth Garden Centre at 2459 Cousins Ave. Tree #35 is located in the Ruth Masters Greenway, 68 Powerhouse Rd, Courtenay (GPS of park at Powerhouse entrance: 49.68242, -125.03274). Please note bicycles are not allowed in the park. There is a nice walk to the tree located in the northeast corner of the park. Alternatively, a 50m walk can be done from the 1rst Street Entrance access (next to 2425 1st St GPS: 49.682119, -125.025395). The tree is locatedd on Turkey Vulture trail at GPS 49.684453, -125.028991. This loop can be connected to TotY - Courtenay - #1, #6, #10 by following 1rst Street past Puntledge Park.
