Brun Clough ~ Delph ~ Diggle Linear Walk
Starting from the public car park (free) off Sam Road, Diggle, it invloves catch a bus 184 from the end of the road to Brun Clough. This avoids the climb up from Diggle. From Brun Clough the track descends to Castleshaw Reservoir, along the valley to Delph. It then follows the River Tame and along paths into New Delph and Dobcross before returning to the start via the "Delph Donkey Trail" and Huddersfield Narrow Canal towpath.
