Mossley Rd onto Broadcarr Ln, Lily Ln onto Back Lane, up to the Pike (Pike will be on your left) drop down onto Lily Ln and all the way down to Lees Rd go left and stay on Lees Rd onto Queens Rd, at the lights across onto Darton Rd, Take the 2nd Left into Stamford Park (towards the Parkrun Start) follow and go right at Chaddy Dam and go round the top loop of Stamford Parkrun in reverse. When you come back to Chaddy Dam join the carpark (Chadwick Dam Pay and display) and head to Mossley Rd, Right onto Mossley Rd, Left at the Junction Pub onto Gorsey Ln and do 1 loops of Knott Hill Res, then back onto Mossley Rd, past the Co-op to the lights then right back round to the club.
