DL 5K Chapelford
-A short warm up prior to commencing run will be undertaken.
-A cool down will follow completion of the run.
-Runners are also encouraged to complete light stretches and a further cool down after the session has finished, potentially in the gym or at home.

-Bridge to cross main road.
