Ali Youth Night Walk
Job Isles (1842-1919), a notable figure in Farsley, spent several years living at this house. He eventually moved to live at Prospect House which is now the Working Men's Club. The gas lamp in Andrew's Square is one of his from Prospect House.

Westroyd
John Butler (1822-1884) lived at West Royd House (Royd means field). Eventual owner of Butler Works in Stanningley, a company his dad, Joseph, statrted. John is buried in St John's (the clock face was built at his factory) and his dad is buried at Sunfield.
