MG- Burton Cafe NW- Dee T Path, Race Course Home
Pan flat ride in mild NW winds, in anti-clockwise direction to Burton village cafe on the main road through burton village at 25 miles.
This route therefore avoids Neston completely and is finally a route inside 50 miles just, coming back along the Dee towpath with the wind and around the race course through Chester.
Could extend this route to 55 miles if via Saltney ferry and , Lavister , Holt and Wetreins lane,
Note, this route means taking the cycle path for almost 2 miles from cheshire Oaks and then pick up Dunkirk Lane on the right just short of Costco and a a couple of hundred mtrs afer Fox’s cafe on the right
Burtons cafe means there is no need to use A41 to keep mileage down, as we don’t have to go to Neston to find a cafe.
