A quick warm up to get you ready for some fartlek! Remember that Fartlek is all about you and how you feel! Only push yourself and no one else!
and pushing doesn't mean to become Usain Bolt! just upping YOUR percentage of effort!! and a warm up will help your body to prepare for the effort, even if you think it's just made you tired!

Starting from PRG> left onto Parade, up up up up!>left onto Clarendon Avenue>right onto Clarendon Square>cross at traffic lights> left at roundabout onto Rugby Road, keep going all the way to the fork>left onto Warwick New Road>cross at traffic lights > right onto Princes Drive>cross at traffic lights> into Victoria park for some fartlek!!
On the way back exit under the bridge and follow York Promenade back to PRG
