From pump rooms cross over the pedestrian crossing and run up Newbold Terrace - at the top turn R onto Willes Rd - at the bottom of Willes Rd turn R onto Radford Rd (by Sainsbury's local) - keep going straight past train station and Morrisons - at roundabout cross straight over onto Myton Rd - keep going down Myton Rd until you get to Myton Crescent then turn around and run back to the roundabout - cross over the pedestrian crossing but turn L down Princes Drive - turn R to run alongside Victoria Park down Avenue Rd - at the mini roundabout turn L onto Adelaide Rd and cross over the bridge - DECISION TIME ... for 7k turn R onto Dormer Place and back to the park - for 8k keep running up the hill until the junction with Clarendon Square/Avenue - turn R and then R onto the Parade and run down it back to the park.
