Leave St Nics park at the gates turning R onto Banbury Rd - go straight over the roundabout and then straight over the traffic lights onto The Butts - at the end turn L and then take 3rd exit at the roundabout onto Saltisford which turns in Birmingham Rd - at the next roundabout turn R onto Wedgnock Lane which turns into Primrose Hill - continue all the way until the next roundabout and turn R onto Coventry Rd - continue past the petrol station and down the hill then turn R (before the railway bridge) onto Lakin Rd - stay on Lakin Rd (past the hospital) which then turns into Miller Rd - at the end turn L onto Cape Rd - at the end turn L onto Northgate which turns into Priory Rd - at the end turn L onto Coten End - stay on Coten End until the park entrance on the R - go into the park *9K OPTION - turn R and run back to the cafe. *10K OPTION  - go straight ahead and do a loop of the park back to the cafe.
