DESCRIPTION: flat mixxed route of road and canal, Challenging Hilly finish
DIRECTION: Starting at the top of Stamford Road head along Stockport Road towards and through Uppermill, bear RIGHT along Huddersfield Road turning RIGHT towards Diggle, continue through Diggle taking a RIGHT turn onto Sam Road passing Diggle Primary School, continue along this road slight incline and then take a turn RIGHT through a car park taking you directly onto the Canal at Standish Tunnel, continue on the canal towards Uppermill, crossing the exit near the Museum and getting back on the canal towards Greenfield, exit the canal up the steps at the Kingfisher Pub then turn LEFT along Chew Valley Road towards the Clarence, At the Clarence head along Manchester Road back towards Mossley, Up Stamford Road and to the Club, cooling down with laps of the Old Folks Home
