TRCC Circuit 10
Head in a westerly direction on A40 via Llanegwad and Pontargothi before turning right (with care) at Nantgaredig crossroads onto B4310 through the village.
Pass over the River Towy stone bridge (with care - narrow) and climb to T-junction with B4300 - turn left onto this road and head in easterly direction through Llanarthney until the left hand junction with B4297 wher you turn left along Towy valley towards the river crossing in the direction of Dryslwyn.
Finish at southerly end of the River Towy bridge.
