Down Mill Lane and towards the New Bridge turning left up Station Road up and then Station Road becomes Winterford Road
Half way up Winterford Road where the shops are on your right turn onto Mansfield Road, along here to the end and then right down Michlehurst until you reach the cross roads at the new bridge
Left up along Egmont Street and right at the top onto Manchester Road towards the train station and to the top of Stamford road
slightly short of 5 k but a challenging route
