  Hi Alison,If auto-plotting on this new road and cycle path isn't possible yet, it either means that the OpenStreetMap data isn't up to date, or that the update is very recent (less than 2 months old)

  First you or you need to find someone to look into the underlying map data and if it's wrong, update it.Then plotaroute can update their route engine.
