RLAG - 7km Hilly Road Run

Begin at the playground and run up Othello Avenue towards the shops. Turn left at the roundabout and continue straight to the next roundabout where you turn right onto Tachbrook Park Drive. Continue the whole way along this road, past bowling, straight over the roundabout and downhill. Run towards the right and up Queensway - past McDonald’s and Aldi. When you reach the top of the hill you will need to turn left onto Kingsway. Continue to the end and turn right onto Tachbrook Road. Run up Tachbrook Road, past the traffic lights, past The Heathcote Inn and continue forwards until you reach a left turn for Ashford Road (we sometimes do hill reps here). Run to the very top before turning around and coming back down the same road, turn right back onto Tachbrook road and then left at The Heathcote Inn. One last hill to push up then turn left onto Othello Avenue and back to the park continuing clockwise around the park until you reach 7km.
