Begin on Dormer Place and run towards the cinema, at the end of the road turn right and then left straight away onto Milverton Hill. Run up here and continue straight onto Old Warwick Road. At the traffic lights past the guide dogs bear right onto Rugby Road and run up here until you reach The Fat Pug, turn right here and continue straight, over the next road unto you reach the top of Milverton Hill. Run down Milverton Hill and turn left onto Dale Street and continue to the round about. Once you reach the roundabout turn around and come back on yourself until you reach a left turn for Clarendon Square. Turn here and run toward the top of the parade. Turn onto the parade and continue to the park until you reach 5km.

Optional 2km: turn left onto Newbold Terrace, once you reach the top turn left again onto Willes Road which will then become Warwick Street. Turn left then onto The Parade once again and continue to the park and run clockwise around it until you reach 7km.
