Warm-up: Run out to Squires way, across road bridge then onto walkway that takes you into Puckeys.
Interval ONE: ~1km through Puckeys estate. Active recovery west along Elliots road to Bike Squires Way
Interval TWO: ~1km of pole efforts i.e. run 1 pole hard slow one pole recovery; run two poles hard - slow one pole recovery; run three poles hard - slow one pole recovery. Repeat till you reach the road bridge
Interval THREE: You can choose either 1/.Another fast Puckeys 1km (try to beat previous time) OR Repeat the pole efforts back to Elliots Rd.
Interval FOUR: Beach run back to start - you can do soft or hard sand or even sand dune weaves.
