MG- Hilly, Holt, Ffrith, Mould, Hope, Lavister, MG
There is no specific cafe stop, but simply have to drop into Hope and Honey’s at approx 35 miles.
this is a fairly big ride, but there are options for cutting it short. Ffrith is an obvious option, as you can cut across the route to Caergwie via the Cymae lane and then decide to pick up route just above holt or continue across route to Layy and Lavister, if really not feeling good.
