onto Llanfrechfa Way, up river behind Social Centre,
all the way to top, right through car park at Coffee
Bar and onto Woodland Road, left and then right up Edlodan Way, left and up river to Chapel Lane, left onto Avondale Road, left at traffic lights and then
right onto Somerset Road, left and then right and
into Car Park, right down river past Olive Tree all the way to Skate Park, right onto Llanfrecha Way, left to Llantarnam Road, right at Flower Gardens, right at roundabout to Fire Station, up past Fire Station and all the way to Fairwater Way, up to roundabout, up hill towards Henllys and finish at entrance to Ashleigh Court.
