Left at end on Victoria Street.
Left on bridge, Commercial Street.
2nd Left onto Wesley Street.
Straight on at traffic lights to Cocker Avenue.
Left at end on Two Locks.
Right at roundabout down Ty Coch past Festive to the end.
Left and straight over roundabout down Llantarnam Parkway to the end.
Left and up past Greenhouse, left on Llantarnam Road.
Left onto Oakfield Road just before Flower Gardens.
Straight over roundabout onto Two Locks.
Right on Ton Road all the way to end.
Right and all the way down and straight on through traffic lights.
Past Fire Station & Shell garage.
Left at roundabout and then right, back to the Stadium all the way down to building entrance and then back through car park until 10k reached.
