Parking is at the Coal Hills BMX at 2815 Dunsmuir Ave, Cumberland. On foot or cycle, follow the main trail from the parking area past the red washroom building to the end of the chain link fence and turn left to follow the trail to the UROC kiosk. Follow the Munday’s Child trail , the Tree #3 is about 1 km from the start. Return the same way to the start of Dog Leg trail, Tree #33 is about 150m along, on the left side of the path between the path and the marsh. Continue on Dog Leg trail to main access road and back to parking. This trail is rated "blue". There are options to make a loop, go to the app "Trailforks" or "Alltrails" to see linking trails.
