8ish to 9.30am on trek bike. full bib as didn't know how cold it would stay. Turns out the sun came out but it was okay not too hot. I did well, i did a bit exta at the end going into ratford. I did some more small hills so great for practice again. I noticed my riding stule was hal like what it used to be, road positioning. Legs still feel out of touch and not enough muscle in them for hills. But what im doing is a still a good job going in the right direction. Realise that i put on about 5 or 6 pounds o er winter. And summer i lose it alll from cycling and a bit more. But i like cycling for being outdoors and getting exercise, being around nature and getting fit and healthy. And getting my vitamin D.. To my surprise just over 18 miles.. Which is great ride. Considering i did 10 miles yesterday along canal gentally.

About the Calorie Calculator

Our Calorie Calculator estimates how many Calories you will burn using Metabolic Equivalent (MET) values from Compendium of Physical Activities. The Compendium idenitifes the relative energy cost of undertaking various activities compared with doing nothing. We then combine this with your weight and the estimated duration of the activity, taking into account the length of the route and the hills involved, to estimate the total Calories burned.

When selecting an Activity setting, select the speed you would normally travel at on flat ground.

Please remember, the estimated number of Calories is just a guide and the actual number of Calories burned may vary depending on other factors such as weather and terrain.
