Manc Rd/Grove Rd/Walkerwood/Staley
At the traffic lights cross straight over and pick up the bridal path (start & finish of Millbrook Monster) and follow all the way to the top. At the top turn left and follow Brushes Rd along Walkerwood Reservoir.
Turn right and head up towards the gate. At the gate do a sharp left and head up the hill towards Carrbrook. Follow the trail all the way along and drop down to Buckton Vale.
Follow the road to the left, all the way down past the Spar shop, turning right on the roundabout up Huddersfield Rd. Turn left down Stayley Rd, up Mill St, up Stamford Rd. Finish at the lights.
