From Auction Mart turn R. At S. Moor Lane tun R. Continue to junction then follow road to A684. Turn L. Constable Burton after bridge turn L for Hunton. In Hunton L up hill then first R for Arrathorne. At junction straight across for Hornby. Deer Park then at junction turn L for East Appleton. Continue to cross over A1 to A6055 then turn R. Continue on A6055 to re-cross A1 then take R turn Bowbridge Lane. Then first R The Nest 18 miles.
Return Bowbridge Lane, at junction turn L then first R Hollow Moor Lane. Then L at junction and first R for Patrick Brompton. In Patrick Brompton turn R A684. Then L for Newton-le-Willows. Then R past Aysgarth School. R at junction No Mans Moor Lane and continue to West Moor Lane.
Turn L continue on to Colliwath, A684 Leyburn. Total 30 miles.
