Meet at Broadway Baptist Church room at 1900. Easy jog to Watermeadow Car Park. 2 laps of car park followed by drills and strides the 4 x 1.5 miles at 10 secs per mile quicker than your marathon pace. Turn left out of car park onto Church St, left onto Wey Ln, cross Fuller's Hill into footpath by Thomas Harding School to join Amy Ln, turn left on to Amersham Rd/Red Lion St then left into Germain St, then right into Watermeadow ( 1 mile ) continue on second lap but instead of crossing Fuller's Hill continue left onto Germain St and then left again into Watermeadow then left into carpark to complete 1.5 mile circuit. Recovery 4 laps of internal perimeter of car park.
Repeat a further 3 times, then easy jog back to Star Yard Car Park. Accomplish light stretches as soon as convenient. Please wear a head or body torch and a florescent out layer of clothing. Be careful crossing Fuller's Hill and give way to pedestrians at all times. Please (if you are able) bring along an offering for our food bank collection organised by Julia.

About the Calorie Calculator

Our Calorie Calculator estimates how many Calories you will burn using Metabolic Equivalent (MET) values from Compendium of Physical Activities. The Compendium idenitifes the relative energy cost of undertaking various activities compared with doing nothing. We then combine this with your weight and the estimated duration of the activity, taking into account the length of the route and the hills involved, to estimate the total Calories burned.

When selecting an Activity setting, select the speed you would normally travel at on flat ground.

Please remember, the estimated number of Calories is just a guide and the actual number of Calories burned may vary depending on other factors such as weather and terrain.
